How luxury vinyl can answer all your flooring needs

Luxury doesn’t necessarily mean expensive or high maintenance. This vinyl gives you the best of all worlds. We’re proud of our 5-star rating on Home Advisor because at Austin Floor Pros we're all about service, quality, and affordability.

We have a fully stocked inventory including every type of flooring, from hardwood to carpet and more. We treat every installation, whether it’s residential or commercial as if it’s in our own home.

We’ve been fans of luxury vinyl for a long time. When it was first introduced in the '50s, it was praised for durability, easy cleanability, and affordability. Now it has so many design options, we’re seeing the floors in every room in the house--and in some expensive homes at that.

Visit our showroom in Pflugerville, TX and speak to one of our experts. We also serve Lakeway, Leander, Cedar Park, and Round Rock. Be sure to ask about our quotes.

Style and savings

Right now, wood floors are hot. That's a trend expected to last at least 15 years. What if your budget says "no"--or if you want it in a high moisture room like the bathroom where wood isn't recommended for installation? You can have that, as well as stone or tile looks, and they all come in a large variety of species, colors, patterns, and designs.

Embossing gives the floors texturized looks, such as wire-brushed, hand scraped, weathered or distressed.

While the vinyl is available in sheets, you also have the luxury of getting it cut into planks or tile-sized pieces.

A tough top wear layer protects the flooring

All vinyl is strong, but this is thicker than the standard one. You won’t scratch or scuff the floors or “walk off” the image. Stains just sit at the top so they wipe off easily and it is considered a kid or pet-friendly flooring.

Other reasons to love it

  • The luxury version is completely waterproof. If you have a leak, it’ll take hours before it can penetrate the floor.
  • Easy to clean. Just sweep and mop.
  • Simple installation. With few exceptions, it can be placed over existing subfloors. The pieces just click together. If you want, this is do-it-yourself friendly.
  • Affordable. You’ll have the look of natural materials but will pay nowhere near that price.
